What this website does with your details.
Short version: it collects almost nothing. Here is the long version, last updated 3 September 2026.
The enquiry form
The form on the contact page runs entirely in your browser. When you press send, it prepares a message from what you typed and hands it to WhatsApp or to your own email app. Nothing you enter is stored on this website or sent to a server of ours.
Once that message reaches RD TMT, it is handled like any other phone call or email to the sales desk: used to reply to you, quote your order and arrange delivery, and kept for as long as that business relationship needs it.
Calls, WhatsApp and email
If you call, message or email us, we hold your contact details and the content of the conversation for the purpose you contacted us about. We do not sell or share them with anyone outside the company and its transporters.
Cookies and third-party content
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Two pages embed content from other companies, which may set their own cookies when the frame loads:
- YouTube, for the plant walkthrough video on the home and certifications pages.
- Google Maps, for the plant and office maps on the home and contact pages.
Their handling of that data is covered by Google’s privacy policy, not ours. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp only when you choose to press them.
